Es un buen hotel ya que su ubicación es excelente en pleno centro histórico del puerto,es un hotel con historia lo que hace sea ya un poco antiguo , sin duda le hace falta mantenimiento y limpieza. Su alberca es pequeña y como está techada está siempre fría por la ubicación es buen lugar para pasar un buen fin de semana.
This place is not to far from the local beach and there are shops around like food places (lunch, dinner, breakfast , ice cream, bars).The staff was helpful when I called the number stated in Google maps. I came in with 4 people for 1 night and was offered a room (112) with 2 size full beds. The inside of the room was okay-can be improved such as cleaner sheets !! There was working air conditioner, television in my room and a window. It was very quite and I was able to sleep well. Elevator needs better improvement ( only 2 people is allowed) or take stairs .

Bonito hotel ubicado en la zona de los portales con mucha historia y tradición. Su interior es muy sobrio, las instalaciones limpias y los cuartos con un aire acondicionado que lo hace muy agradable aunque los pasillos del interior son calurosos... Posee alberca y un estacionamiento suficiente para un cupo medio. Las habitaciones con balcón están muy bien para disfrutar de el ambiente de los portales. Con muchas atracciones cerca. El zócalo está saliendo del hotel y más allá la cátedral y el gran café del portal
Leí antes malos comentarios, pero depende del tipo de habitaciones que te den, nos tocó en una habitación con ventana a un edificio abandonado, nada de ruido dormimos muy a gusto, solo la habitación olía a humedad. Está en el centro histórico de Veracruz, estacionamiento a gusto con acceso directo al hotel, muy bien iluminado y muy seguro, cierran el estacionamiento durante la noche.

Las habitaciones lindas muy limpias, la ubicación súper céntrica a uno metros del malecón, el servicio bien. Único inconveniente es que está en remodelación y hay un poco de ruido de allí en adelante es un lugar con mucha historia y está lindo con sus detalles. El agua de la alberca está algo fría.
Un gran lugar para hospedarse Limpio. Tarda un poco el elevador Pues solo sirve uno La Alberca es pequeña pero esta bien
El hotel está muy bonito, las camas muy cómodas, muy limpio todo y el personal muy amable también, la ubicación está justo frente al zócalo. Muy divertido porque siempre hay fiesta en las noches jaja. Las habitaciones son lindas pero dejan mucho que desear en cuestión de mantenimiento, algunas tienen muy notorio el deterioró por la humedad en las paredes... 9/10 por las paredes.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, puedes llegar rápido al malecón, al centro, al museo naval, el transporte pasa a dos cuadras. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y bonitas, tiene detalles de uso especialmente en el baño pero nada que sea un problema real. Es muy bonito, la decoración le da un toque especial que combina muy bien con el mármol y el elevador.
